Wonder how my fish are doing in there?
This is, by the way, my decided method of overwintering them. The cord is to a small stock bucket heater which has kept the water from freezing. At first I was worried that the water was going to be too warm, but given the garbage can is fully exposed above ground and it’s been a very cold winter, that notion was just silly. I’ve had dreams about these fish, so apparently I’m very anxious about them.
