Hiking in Circles
Me:: So I'm going out Thursday afternoon. There's some orchids up a canyon I need to check out with Steve Hegji.
Husband:: How long would you be?
Me:: Not long; maybe a couple of hours.
Husband:: There could be a scheduling conflict....
Me:: Well, if I can't make it, it's not a big deal. It's growing in the garden anyway.
Husband:: Wait, you're going hiking for a couple of hours to see a flower that's already growing in your garden?
Me:: Yes.
Husband:: ....
Me:: What?
Husband:: Nothing, I'm just confused.
