Here’s some fun— a wedding cake I made for my brother’s wedding a couple of years ago around this time. It was a orange flavored white cake with dark chocolate ganache and whole raspberry filling. The white is white chocolate shavings over a white-chocolate and cream cheese frosting. My brother keeps begging me to make cupcakes of it as they hardly got to taste any of it.
