Aquilegia discolor. Classic gateway plant for rock gardening, found in the gardens of members of the Wasatch Rock Gardening Society today.
Note: If anyone wants to explain to me how this is different from A. flagellata var. pumila, I’m all ears. They look extremely similar to me.
